A Bit About Me

I have 20+ years experience in maintenance. I am currently the Maintenance Manager at Sunset Manor in Innisfail. Before that I worked in the oil patch as a remedial and primary coil/cement supervisor. Working in the oil patch forced me to figure things out on the spot with limited resources. I am grateful for my time in the patch as I now have a fair amount of knowledge pertaining to maintenance procedures within a variety of different areas.

Interior Painting

I have 15+ years experience patching, cutting in and painting. I am meticulous and precise.

Handyman Work

I handle all the basic maintenance for Dani M. Rain, Property Management. Some areas I maintain include - sink/tub taps, light switch/fixtures, small appliances, painting, move out repairs, installing flooring and yard maintenance touch ups.

Move in/ move out repairs & Renovations

I prepare investment properties to be ready for new renters as well as providing move out repairs and renovations.
