My name is Dani Rain. I was grown and raised in Central Alberta. My mom was a real estate lawyer and I was fortunate to learn a great deal of knowledge about the industry from working as her legal assistant. I have been privately managing my family's rental properties for the last several years. I love being a Property Manager. I conduct my business out of the Royal LePage Wildrose Brokerage in Olds, Alberta. I am fully licensed to be a Residential Property Manager. I service Innisfail and 45kms surrounding Innisfail. Some of those areas include Olds, Bowden, Innisfail, Red Deer County, Penhold, Red Deer and others.
Some of the services I provide to my clients include: Filling vacant units, collecting rent, accounting and holding security deposits in trust, handling tenant issues in a timely manner, and doing routine maintenance checks, and more.
