Handyman

LEASES AND LEASE RENEWALS

We handle all of the lease documents and procedures. So you know its completed legitimately and properly.

HOME SHOWINGS AND ADVERTISING

We arrange all the showings and advertising so you, the owner, can relax and know your property is in good hands.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

We have an in-house maintenance operator. He is equipped to handle most repairs and/or maintenance call outs.

MOVE IN AND MOVE OUTS

Throughout the years of helping my clients, I have gained the experience and expertise necessary to make the moving process as seamless as possible. We always do move in/move out inspections and can perform video inspections upon request.

COLLECTING RENT AND BOOKKEEPING

My team at Royal LePage Wildrose has an excellent accountant and will make sure all the data is processed adequately and in a timely manner.
